NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13, 2015, and entered in 12-CA-008494 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE MORGAN STANLEY IXIS REAL ESTATE CAPITAL TRUST 2006-2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006- is the Plaintiff and RICHARD B. CORNELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD B. CORNELL; MARIA S. CORNELL; VICTORIA TERRACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 08, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1, BUILDING 6, VICTORIA TERRACE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4451, PAGE 418, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 36, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO URNS, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
