NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 18, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 11-CA-015168 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff and DAWSON, JAMI AND DAWSON, PETE, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on October 6, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
