NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 25, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-002973 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff and JOHN E ZANNI A/K/A JOHN ZANNI, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES ZANNI AKA JIM ZANNI, AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK, FSB, BANK OF AMERICA N.A., JAMES ZANNI A/K/A JIM ZANNI AKA JIM ZANNI, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST JOHN E. ZANNI, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN E ZANNI AKA JOHN ZANNI, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against John E. Zanni, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13th day of October, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, VIZ; THE NORTH 100 FEET OF THE SOUTH 300 FEET OF THE EAST 200 FEET OF THE WEST 447 FEET OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. BEING THAT PARCEL OF LAND CONVEYED TO JOHN E ZANNI AND ALEXANDRA V ZANNI, HUSBAND AND WIFE FROM CHARLES BRANCA JR. AND CONDITA R. BRANCA, HUSBAND AND WIFE BY THAT DEED DATED 09/28/1990 AND RECORD RECORDED 10/02/1990 IN DEED BOOK 6095, AT PAGE 407 OF THE HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL PUBLIC REGISTRY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
