NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 23, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-010686 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and LOIS K. CARAWAY, LAYNE GORDON CARAWAY, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST GORDON C. CARAWAY, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, SHAUN LAYNE CARAWAY, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAYNE GORDON CARAWAY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOIS K. CARAWAY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHAUN LAYNE CARAWAY,, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Gordon C. Caraway, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13th day of October, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The North half of Lot 16, and all of Lots 17 and 18, Block âFâ, Seffner Park, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 20 Page 2,of the Public Recorded of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
