NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 27, 2014 in Civil Case No. 10-CA-002895 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA N.A. is Plaintiff and ELKIN MAYA A/K/A ELKIN R. MAYA, REBECCA ORTEGA A/K/A REBECA ORTEGA, CARRILLON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, BANK OF AMERICA N.A., KEYBANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO KEY BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, PNC BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK, UNKNOWN TENANT 1, UNKNOWN TENANT 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16th day of October, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 23, Block 1, Carrillon Estates, according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 93, Page 14, as recorded in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, said land situate lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
