YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for maintenance assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, COUNTRY HILLS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Lot 6, Block 2, COUNTRY HILLS UNIT ONE D, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 59, at Page 22, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. With the following street address: 4614 Lantana Place, Plant City, Florida 33566.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant, Greenberg & Sinclair, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Ste. A, Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before OCT 26 2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
