TOGETHER WITH an easement for ingress and egress over the South 10.00 feet of the North 150.00 feet of the South 295.00 feet of the East 630.00 feet of the West 655.00 feet of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of said Section 3, LESS the East 255.00 feet.
