NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated 12/09/2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2013-CA-006266, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2006-2 HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2 is Plaintiff, and CYNTHIA A. LEE; RICHARD P. LEE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 19th day of October, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 35, AND THE EAST 1/2 OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE WEST, SULPHUR SPRINGS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 111, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
