NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2015, and entered in 08-CA-028402 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and EDWARD S. HOVE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDWARD S. HOVE; THE RETREAT ON DAVIS ISLAND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 15, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 204 OF THE RETREAT ON DAVIS ISLAND, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 290, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT DECLARATION OF THE CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16273 PAGE 737, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS ATTACHING THERETO, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND FACILITIES APPURTENANT, THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
