NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2015, and entered in 2009-CA-021233 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC. is the Plaintiff and OK HEE SUH; KYU SUP SUH; TRINA RUTH SUH ; SANG KYUN SUH; LVNV FUNDING LLC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR MARKET STREET MORTGAGE CORPORATION are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 16, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 95 FEET OF THE WEST 663.6 FEET OF THE NORTH 137.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 295 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO -WIT: BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, 863.45 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 35: RUN THENCE SOUTH 451.05 FEET ALOND SAID WEST BOUNDARY TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 35; THENCE EAST 783.6 FEET ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID NW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 AND THENCE NORTH 434.75 FEET PARALLEL TO THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 35; AND THENCE WESTERLY 783.8 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINING, SUBJECT TO EASMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE SOUTH 12.5 FEET THEREOF. AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS IN COMMON WITH OTHERS OVER AND ACROSS THAT PART OF THE NORTH 25 FEET OF THE SOUTH 170.5 FEET OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, LYING WEST OF LAKE MAGDALENE ROAD, LESS WEST 568.6 FEET THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
