ASKEW A/K/A BOBBY ASKEW; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BOBBY DEANGELO ASKEW; AVILA PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION INC; MANDELBAUM, SALSBURG, GOLD, LAZRIS & DISCENZA, PC; USA ON BEHALF OF THE THE SECRETARY OF HUD; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 21st day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
