Final Judgment was awarded on June 26, 2015 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-009193 , of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-FF11, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF11 is the Plaintiff, and MARY L. SCOTT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY L. SCOTT; STATE OF FLORIDA; PINELLAS COUNTY CLERK OF COURTS; GREAT SENECA FINANCIAL CORPORATION; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; THE SHORES OF LONG BAYOU VI CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; THE SHORES OF LONG BAYOU HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1-4; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on October 26, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 6502, THE SHORES OF LONG BAYOU VI, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 122, PAGE(S) 36 THROUGH 43 INCLUSIVE, AND BIENG FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 10790, PAGE(S) 2056 THROUGH 2113, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
