NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2012CA012713 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff, and, SLG TRUSTEE SERVICES, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE (“TRUSTEE”) UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF A TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JULY 13, 2011 AND KNOWN AS THE 121 LAKESIDE DRIVE LAND TRUST, et. al. Defendant(s)., are Defendants, clerk Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 4th day of November, 2015, the following described property:
