NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 1, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-004299-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATON OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF KATHLEEN A. THOMPSON A/K/A KATHLEEN THOMPSON A/K/A KATHLEEN ANN CARMEN LAKE; RONALD RUSSELL LAKE; GREGORY FRANKSON, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 16th day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 12, BLOCK 102, LAKEWOOD ESTATES SECTION “D”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
