NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2015, and entered in 12-004437-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWMBS, INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-56 is the Plaintiff and ROBERT DAVID RUFFNER; REGINA D. RUFFNER; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 08, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, HILLCREST ESTATES FIRST ADDITION PARTIAL REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 77, PAGE(S) 95, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
