NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Final Judgment on Verified Complaint,” entered in the above-styled action on August 31, 2015, in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Pinellas County will sell the real property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, as described below, to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on November 3, 2015, at 10:00 a.m.:
Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, Block 1, SUNNY MEAD HEIGHTS, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 41, Page 17, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
