NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 22, 2015 in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CI-019041 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is Plaintiff and B & T VENTURES, LLC OR ASSIGNEES, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOW TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, SUNTRUST BANK, POLLY ROBERTS, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, MANHEIM AUTOMOTIVE FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC, HARBOR BLUFFS OWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC., TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, TENANT #4, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF POLLY ROBERTS, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 20th day of October, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 5-A, HARBOR BLUFFS, SECTION FIVE, PARTIAL REPLAT, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 58, page 28, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
