NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of September, 2015, entered in the above-captioned action, CASE NO. 12-4174-CI (20), the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on November 16, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 5, REVISED MAP OF CENTRAL PARK,ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 39, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
