NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE UNDERSIGNED INTENDS TO SELL THE PERSONAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED BELOW TO ENFORCE A LIEN IMPOSED ON SAID PROPERTY UNDER THE FLORIDA SELF STORAGE FACILITY ACT STATUTES (Section 83.801-83.809).
The undersigned will sell at public Sale by competitive bidding on October 10, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the premises where said property has been stored and which are located at: Roger Mini Storage 727-585-2815 1292 West Bay Drive Largo, Florida, 33770 County of Pinellas, State of Florida, the following:

Description of goods being sold:
One Women Bike, Five File Cabinets, Several Shades, Metal Shelves, Cash Register, Christmas Ornaments; Luggage; Ottoman; Christmas Tree/Stand; several file boxes; metal shelves; and various other household goods.
Purchases must be paid for at the time of purchase in cash only. All purchased items sold as is, where is and must be removed at the time of sale. Sale subject to cancellation in the event of settlement between owner and obligate party.
