NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 15, 2015, and entered in 12-001308-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB. is the Plaintiff and ARROW FINANCIAL SERVICES AS ASSIGNEE OF FIA CARD SERVICES N.A.; HARVEST CREDIT MANAGEMENT, VII AS ASSIGNEE OF JUNIPER BANK ; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LOUIS A. LOPEZ A/K/A LUIS A. LOPEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A DAVID LOPEZ; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALFOF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; PERRY LOPEZ; PETER PAYNE; MICHAEL LOPEZ; DAVID LOPEZ are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 13, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 1/2 OF LOTS 23 AND 24, BLOCK A, SHADOW LAWN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 41; SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
