NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2015, and entered in 10-008583-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and ANNA MADJAROVA; VALENTIN FOURNADJIEV; INVERNESS CONDOMINIUM V ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 13, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 10-215, INVERNESS CONDOMINIUM V, PHASE VI, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 81, PAGE 9, ET. SEQ, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINUM FILED IN O.R. BOOK 5897, PAGE 2013, ET SEQ., PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
