YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 108, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF THE FRENCH QUARTER NORTH, A CONDOMINIUM, AS SET FORTH IN O.R. BOOK 4916, PAGE 929 AND AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 4924, PAGES 491 AND 492, AND AS SET FORTH IN THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 116, THROUGH 121, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 33 PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A Lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 28163 U.S. Highway 19 North, Suite 207, Clearwater Florida 33761, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
