Notice is hereby given, that pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, I, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 24, Villas of Bonnie Bay, Phase II, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 80, Page 26 & 27, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

together with any and all buildings and improvements located on said property, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at 10:00 A.M. on the 30th day of October, 2015, at www.Pinellas.realforeclose.com pursuant to the provisions of Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of this lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
