NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10-012349-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-AR7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AR7, is Plaintiff and JASON N. HISAW, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 15th day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, IN BLOCK 34, OF MEADOW LAWN FIFTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 7520 MEADOWLAWN DR. N., SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33702
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
