NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 16, 2015 in the above action, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pinellas, Florida, on November 4, 2015, at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 16J AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF VILLAGE ON THE GREEN CONDOMINIUM III, PHASE 2, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 114 THROUGH 124, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED NOVEMBER 9, 1979 IN
OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4941, PAGES 1 TO 62, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4953, PAGE 1703, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA: TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN IT COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
