NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 01, 2015, and entered in 12-001848-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-FXD2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-FXD2 is the Plaintiff and COVE CAY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. ; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, AND TRUSTEES OF THERESA MARCOLINI DECEASED, AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY AND THROUGH, UNDER, AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANT (S); COVE CAY VILLAGE IV CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 16, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 2-D, BUILDING NO. 2, OF COVE CAY VILLAGE IV, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 56 THROUGH 61, INCLUSIVE AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 108 THROUGH 113, INCLUSIVE, AND AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4993, PAGES 1579 THROUGH 1646, INCLUSIVE AND AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 5019, PAGE 1653, AND IN O.R. BOOK 5042, PAGES 1261 THROUGH 1267, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA,
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPERTAINING THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
