NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated 9/08/2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2012-CA-004033, DIVISION: 21, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein EVERBANK is Plaintiff, and MARY C. QUINN, AS CO-TRUSTEE FOR QUINN REVOCABLE TRUST U/T/D OCTOBER 8, 1996; THE UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR CO-TRUSTEE OF THE QUINN REVOCABLE TRUST U/T/D OCTOBER 8,1996L UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE QUINN REVOCABLE TRUST U/T/D OCTOBER 8, 1996; PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARON VILLAGE III CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; MARY C. QUINN; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMEDDEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWNPARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 23rd day of October, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. A. BUILDING NO. 311, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUMS OF PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE III, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. 6131, PAGE 2099, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 88, PAGES 92 AND 93, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
