NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 18, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10-002970-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and RICHARD FARCI; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A GAIL DUKES; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A TIM AMSDEN; UNKNOWN TENANT #3 N/K/A KAYLA AMSDEN, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 21st day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 48, BORDO SUBDIVISION NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 25 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
