NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated March 18, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 2014CA005435AX of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and KATHY CANTOS AND MAURO CANTOS, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Manatee County's On Line Public Auction website: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on April 29, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 2, BUTTERFIELD MANOR, FIRST SECTION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 117, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
