Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 03, 2016, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the office of Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on July 05, 2016 beginning at 11:00 AM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
