NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 112011CA0004090001XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-7, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-7 is the Plaintiff, and JOHN BART SERRIAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN BART SERRIAN; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JANE DOE are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Dwight E. Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on April 21, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 67, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 88, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
