NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 21st day of March, 2016, in Civil Action No. 15-CC-000959, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which MARK J. JOSEPH, if living and if dead, MARY JANE JOSEPH and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST, THE NAMED DEFENDANTS, WHETHER LIVING OR NOT, AND WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMS AS HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR IN ANY OTHER CAPACITY, CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER , OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS, are the Defendants, and VANDERBILT TOWERS, UNIT #3 OF NAPLES, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the third floor lobby of the Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 21st day of April, 2016, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit 208, VANDERBILT TOWERS, UNIT NO. 3, INC., a condominium, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the Covenants, Restrictions, terms, and other provisions of the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Record Book 467, pages 638 through 686 inclusive, as amended and restated in OR Book 1444, Page 1843, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and subsequent amendments thereto.
Subject to Lease Agreement between Vanderbilt Towers Unit 3 and Vanderbilt Towers of Naples recorded in OR Book 467, Page 689, Public Records of Collier County, Florida
