Final Judgment was awarded on February 22, 2016 in Civil Case No. 15-CA-050982, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, MIDFIRST BANK is the Plaintiff, and MELISSA A. HELVESTON FKA MELISSA A. HAUSS AKA MELISSA HELVESTON AKA MELISSA ANN HAUSS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A CHRISTIN N. HEARNE; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A MICHAEL D. HEARNE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOTS 16 AND 17, BLOCK 1, UNIT 1, FORT MYERS SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 151 THROUGH 154, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
