NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 08-CA-003558 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association as Successor by Merger to LaSalle Bank NA as Trustee for Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates WMALT Series 2006-8 Trust, Plaintiff and Andrew Fuxa, Jr. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M.
