NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 24, 2016 and entered in Case No. 15-CA-002253 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein The Villages at Country Creek Master Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Yuliya Parker and Keith Parker are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 27th day of April, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK J, THE VILLAGES OF COUNTRY CREEK UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 53 THROUGH 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 21142 Country Creek Drive, Estero, FL 33928.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
