NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 15, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2015 CA 002466 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and CHARLES H. DAVIS; ALICE M. DAVIS; TERESA L. DAVIS A/K/A TERESA DAVIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TERESA L. DAVIS A/K/A TERESA DAVIS; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; HSBC BANK NEVADA, NA F/K/A HOUSEHOLD BANK (SB) NA; HSBC BANK NEVADA, NA, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO DIRECT MERCHANTS CRE; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; N/K/A JOHN CAPNER; UNKNOWN TENANT 2; N/K/A MICHAEL CAPNER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on April 19, 2016 at 9:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 2, OF ALLENWOOD SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
