NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Sarasota County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
Lot 102, BRADFORD MANOR TOWNHOMES, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 46, Page 30, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes., in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes at 9:00 A.M. on April 25, 2016.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIENHOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
