NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment Against Connie Gould, Deceased, Estate of Connie Gould, Steve Gould, Martha Gould, Maria McCain and Ana Patricia Reycroft and Foreclosure Sale entered on March 30, 2016, in case number 2015 CA 006110 NC, of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein Wayne C. Cote a/k/a Wayne E. Cote, is the Plaintiff and Connie Gould, deceased, Estate of Connie Gould, Steve Gould, Martha Gould, Maria McCain, Ana Patricia Reycroft, Unknown Tenant, All Other Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under, And Against a Named Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Same Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantee, or Other Claimants, Claiming By, Through, Under, or Against Connie Gould deceased are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court sell to the highest bidder for cash via the foreclosure sale conducted via internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on 16th day of May, 2016, at 9:00 a.m., the following described property in Sarasota County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 37 AND 39, LESS THE SOUTH 10 FEET OF LOT 39, BLOCK 3, SARASOTA BAY PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE FINAL JUDGMENT AND FORECLOSURE SALE MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
