NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of January, 2016, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-003364 ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ANTONETTE SCOPPETTUOLO; G2 STRUCTURAL, LLC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR LEHMAN BROTHERS BANK, FSB; WESTBROOK ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. AND UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 21st day of April, 2016, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 3, SADDLEBROOK VILLAGE WEST UNIT 2B, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 433, PAGE 97 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
