Final Judgment was awarded on December 10, 2015 in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-008989WS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and SUPERIOR DEVELOPMENT INVESTMENT CORP., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE #3811 TRUST, DATED 4/23/2004; FRANK J. NABOZNY; KAREN A. NABOZNY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula O'Neil will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on April 20, 2016 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 217, TAHITIAN HOMES UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
