NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2016, entered in Case No. 512015CA002234WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-A, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and John W. Keenan AKA John William Keenan; The Unknown Spouse of John W. Keenan AKA John William Keenan; Norma Rosita Keenan; The Unknown Spouse of Norma Rosita Keenan; Any and All Unknown Parties claiiming by, through, under and against the herein named defendants who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 13th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 64, COUNTRY ESTATES, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
