NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 21, 2016 and entered in Case No. 2015CA6492 of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein Wells Fargo Investments, LLC, Plaintiff and Troy D. Skinner; Sienna Place Condominium Association, Inc., are Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 21st day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
