NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 2, 2016, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 2012-CA-003378-O, the Orange County Clerk of the Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on May 2, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 97, AVALON PARK NORTHWEST VILLAGE PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, PAGES 10 THROUGH 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
