NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2016 entered in Case No. 2014-CA-011619-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Successor in interest to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Novastar Mortgage Funding Trust, Series 2005-3 Novastar Home Equity Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-3 is the Plaintiff and Kamroon Nisha Hack a/k/a Kamroon N. Hack; Omar Hack; Deerfield Place Homeowners Association, Inc.; Bank of America, N.A. are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 25th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 39, DEERFIELD PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGES 119-121, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
