NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale, dated March 28, 2016, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-006164-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Benefit of the Certificateholders CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2007-24 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-24 is the Plaintiff and Thomas E. Penney; Jennifer N. Penney; Errol Estate Property Owners' Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Preferred Home Mortgage Company; Parkside at Errol Estates Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 28th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 420, PARKSIDE AT ERROL ESTATES PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGE 146, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
