NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an order Granting Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale, dated March 03, 2016, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-6467-0 of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust is the Plaintiff and Tongela McClain; Unknown Spouse of Tongela McClain; Orange County, Florida; Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Unknown Tenant(s) n/k/a Silvester Mincey; Unknown Tenant(s) are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 3rd day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 16, WASHINGTON PARK SECTION NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK O, PAGE 151, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
