NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated March 29, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-012681-0 of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK SUCCESSOR INDENTURE TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BANK. ONE, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR CWABS MASTER TRUST, REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2002-F is Plaintiff and MITCHELL GORDON, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's On Line Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on May 17, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
