Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 30, 2016 and entered in Case No. 15-0425 CC of the County Court of the 20th Judicial District in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein PARADISE PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and David L. Watson, Et Al is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00 a.m., on the 29 day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Unit No. 36 of Paradise Park, Phase 1, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 649, Pages 241, et seq. and Condominium Plat Book 2, Pages 41A through 41B, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida
Commonly Known As: 46900 Bermont Road, Lot 36, Punta Gorda, FL
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
