Statement of Marketable Title Action
to the attention of all Lot Owners,
Dunes of Boca Phases I and, II, a subdivision Dunes of Boca Phases III and IV, a subdivision Dunes of Boca Property Owners' Association, Inc.
At a properly called Board of Directors' meeting, held at 2:30 p.m. at Unit 15, Dunes of Boca, located at 5800 Gulf Shores Drive, Boca Grande, Florida, on Tuesday, January 12, 2016, Dunes of Boca Property Owners' Association, Inc. (the “Association”) through its Board of Directors took action to ensure that the Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions and Easements of Dunes of Boca Phases I and, II, a subdivision, recorded in Official Record Book 0886, Page 0634, et seq, and the Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions and Easements of Dunes of Boca Phases III and IV, a subdivision, recorded in Official Record Book 0919, Page 1044, et seq, all of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, as may be amended from time to time, currently burden the property of each and every member of the Association, retain its status as the source of marketable title with regard to the transfer of a member's residence. To this end, the Association caused the notice required by Chapter 712, Florida Statutes, to be recorded in Official Record Book 4063, Page 1866, Instrument #2423326 of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida on March 21, 2016. Copies of this notice and its attachments are available through the Association pursuant to the Association's governing documents regarding official records of the Association.
