NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 22, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-005458 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein US BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR NEWLANDS ASSET HOLDING TRUST, is Plaintiff and CAROL L. CLAAR, ET AL., are Defendants, the Office of Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 26th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The East 48 feet of Lot 24 and the West 27 feet of Lot 25, Green-Acres, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 19, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
